This smoothie came together very quickly, but turned out fantastic! The color doesn’t do it justice, you’ll just have to try it for yourself. While I love putting greens in my smoothies, sometimes you want something a little creamier and decadent for the weekend. This fit the bill perfectly!
Here’s how you make it (2 small or 1 large serving):
- Peel 2 small oranges and throw into a blender with 1 ripe banana, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds and the zest of 1 lemon
- Blend and serve immediately
