It’s a beautiful day here in London – sunny and (relatively) warm! Perfect day to do a little cooking and then spend the rest outside with the dogs!
Here’s what I made this week – I’m so excited about these recipes and think you will be too!
Week 4 SMP:
Breakfast – Blueberry lemon muffins and pineapple upside-down bake
Lunch – Balsamic chicken with caprese-stuffed portabella mushrooms and then the usual roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli
Dinner – Beef fajitas with sauteed bell peppers/onion with avocado and spicy greek yogurt as toppings
Snacks – Caramelized onion/mushroom mini frittatas
