As promised, I’ll always post a picture of what I make for the week to hopefully give you inspiration on some things you could make ahead of time before the craziness of Monday hits!
Here’s what I made this week:
Breakfast – Double Berry Oatmeal Bake – served with greek yogurt or nut butter
Lunch – Mediterranean Grain Salad with Orange Lemon Chicken – served with roasted sweet potatoes and roasted broccoli
Dinner – Jalapeno Shrimp Tacos in corn tortillas with my Avocado Corn Salad
Dessert – Chocolate Chunk (Chickpea) Blondies
