Raspberry Lemon Smoothie


This smoothie is the exact color of bubble gum – so pretty! I had this as an afternoon snack on Sunday and it absolutely hit the spot. I normally use bananas in my green smoothies to help mask the bitter flavor of the greens, but without the greens I just used raspberries as the base and it was so refreshing!

Here’s how to make it (2 servings):

  1. Put 2 cups raspberries, 1 cup greek yogurt, 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk and the zest of 1 lemon into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Split into 2 glasses and enjoy immediately


  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • zest of 1 lemon

You could easily add chia seeds, ground flax, maca powder or a banana and they would all be great additions!
