It’s that time of the week, Sunday Meal Prep! I hope your Sunday is sunnier than here in London – although it makes it easier to stay inside and cook all morning!
Lots of great things on the menu this week – I hope you get a chance to make some of these sometime soon!
Here’s the menu for Week 6:
Breakfast: Sweet Potato Kale Egg Bake (loaded with bell peppers, onion, kale and mozzarella)
Lunch: Lemon Honey Mustard Salmon with Greek Yogurt-Pesto Barley Salad and Roasted Broccoli
Dinner: Individual Turkey Marinara Meatloaves with Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Snacks: Kiwi Walnut Oatmeal Muffins – served with nut butter and greek yogurt
I’ll post the recipes throughout the week and will be working on the blog tomorrow since I won’t have work, they celebrate Easter Monday here in the UK!
